Dr. Wendy S. Williams (Texas Christian University) will present the first program of the 2023-24 board year. Held at Fitzgerald on Wednesday, October 25, the interactive workshop will cover best practices for forming stronger relationships and building trust with clients and colleagues through empathetic listening.

Wendy S. Williams, PhD, is a professor in the honors college at TCU, certified mindfulness instructor, author of numerous articles and a book, George Eliot, Poetess, and empathy facilitator. As an empathy facilitator, she offers research-based, experiential training to help organizational leaders and teams improve workplace culture, increase productivity, retain talent, and boost profits.
